The Ladies of Bridge Street. - successful again!
On Sunday 18 May 2008 the Bridge Street Ladies, and family, took place in the Great Manchester Run. We were delighted to present a cheque for £5,000 to ‘Action Duchenne’. A very big thank you to all the Brethren for their kind support.

Comforts Fund Committee - Spring 2008 Party
The Comforts Fund Committee started their traditional yearly program with the Spring Party which was held at Hemsley House, The Crescent, Salford on Wednesday, 9th April '08
4/02/08 - Sandal Holme Barn - £500 Presentation
A cheque for £500 was presented to the Scouts at Sandal Holme Barn in the Ribble Valley
ELMC Annual Holiday 31st May to 7th June 2008
This year the ELMC Comforts Fund Committee organised the Annual Holiday, part of a traditional programme of events during the year, for 31 May to 7 June to the Ambassador Hotel, Llandudno.
Young People’s Outing - May 2008
The ELMC Young People’s Committee arranged their May outing to Eden Camp, for fifteen children, parents and committee members
Autumn Day Out - Thursday 20th September 2007
The Comforts Fund Committee continued their yearly program with an Autumn Day Out to Malton, North Yorkshire.
£10,000 for Bowley Scouts Camp Site - August 9th 2007
Bowley Scout Campsite at Great Harwood is the home of East Lancashire Scouts. It provides camping and outdoor facilities for Scouts and Guides as well as youth groups.
