Beverley Schofield, Assistant Manager
Beverley has work at Hewlett Court for six and half years. She initially commenced employment as a General Assistant on nights and has progressed to Assistant Manager. Beverley is a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the team. When asked about the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership for Health and Social Care Beverley stated
“I found the course a challenge with work and home life commitments however I felt a sense of achievement having completed the course and certainly feel more experienced”
Rachel Cookson, Team Leader
Rachel has worked at Hewlett Court for 4 and a half years. Rachel commenced employment as a General Assistant at the weekends and has progressed to a Team Leader. Rachel is very caring and a committed member of the team.
When asked about the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership for Health and Social Care Rachel stated
“I found the course hard work which I felt paid off in the end. I have learnt how to deal with different situations. I feel very happy and proud of my achievement and much more knowledgeable”
