Another fabulous day was had by all at Hewlett Court on Wednesday 1st November.
The day started with the weekly coffee and quiz morning, hosted by General Assistant Jayne. The ladies and gents took part in the quiz whilst coffee, Sherry and Baileys was served and enjoyed by everyone. Everyone then took part in a game of play your cards right with volunteer Sophie turning the cards whilst Jayne shouted ‘higher or lower’. There was a chance of winning a free bingo game for the following Tuesday bingo session.
There was a tie break game between Dorothea and Joyce. Dorothea was the lucky one who won and was presented with her certificate.
In the afternoon we had a visit from Lee Lambert who came to sing and what an amazing performance it was! The ladies and gents loved dancing in their chairs and joining in singing, even the staff had a dance.
