The annual Autumn Outing, organised by the ELMC Comforts Fund Committee, took place on Tuesday 5th September and a fabulous time was had by all attending
The group departed from Stanley House Function Rooms, where tea, coffee and pastries were provided prior to the journey to York. On arrival at the Sandburn Hall Hotel, York the group received a very warm welcome and a superb three course lunch was enjoyed, with the odd glass of wine (or two).
Following lunch the group visited Castle Howard, a historic house and gardens located 15 miles north of York.
A fabulous day was had by all, with excellent company and beautiful sunshine.
