As part of their attempts to open their remaining beds, Bury Hospice approached the ELMC Grant Making Committee for funds to purchase an additional medical trolley. The application was successful resulting in Bury District Charity, WBro Chris Eccles, visiting the Hospice to present a cheque for £796.80. As of May 2019 two of the six remaining beds have been opened and the fund raising team are working towards generating funds for the remaining four.
