On the day of Halloween, decorations were hung around Hewlett Court, spooky music could be heard down the corridors and staff dressed for the spooky celebrations.
We started the morning with a spooky quiz and enjoyed sampling some Halloween cocktails (vampire juice and witches brew) which went down a treat.
Joyce won the quiz and was presented with a box of chocolates as her prize. The afternoon was filled with games and laughter when the residents took part in a game of picture bingo. There were lots of winners who enjoyed treats of chocolate as their prizes.
Tea was served and what better way to end the celebrations with a tasty Halloween cupcake made my cook Mel. A fabulous spooktacular day was had by all.
