At Hewlett Court we are always looking for new activities to keep everyone active whether that’s physically or mentally. In a recent residents meeting the ladies and gents put forward their ideas of what they wanted to do. Amongst the suggestions were a game of whist.
Some of the ladies and gents gathered in the activities room for a game of whist. Some had never played the card game before and picked it up real quick, others had not played for years. Everyone enjoyed it and it’s safe to say there will be more games of whist being held in the newly formed ‘whist club’.
